T.C’s areas of focus
Individuals: We provide life coaching specialized in ADHD organization, relationship communication, and healthy risk-taking.
DnD Skills Groups: We provide therapist-led Dungeons and Dragons (DnD) groups to help improve social skills and risk-taking in a safe, collaborative, and fun environment.
Therapists: We provide collaboration and consultation to help keep the therapist community connected, supported, and encouraged. Recently, we have started providing structural support for therapists starting or continuing therapeutic DnD groups.
T.C. incorporates evidence-based mental health practices in a modern and approachable way. Our company started as a way to provide services to people that insurance companies deemed were not clinically ill enough to justify covering therapy services. Since making this decision, we have been able to offer life coaching and groups to people whether or not they meet diagnostic criteria. Our founder, Sam Secord, is still a practicing therapist who believes strongly that our services are not a replacement for therapy but another avenue or approach toward wellness.

Life coaching at T.C. is focused on helping clients set and achieve personal and professional goals, improve overall well-being, and make positive life changes. We work on life areas such as organization, passion exploration, relationships, health, personal development, and motivation.

Cost: Individual 60 mins | $100 — Couples 60 mins | $150
DnD Skills Groups
T.C.’s skills groups are focused on connecting people in a safe, collaborative, and mental health professional-led environment. Groups typically last 4-6 sessions, with each session lasting 2-3 hours. The skills focused on change depending on the specific group. Click here to read our blog for more details!
